This policy applies to all students, regardless of gender, caste, religion, race, nationality, disability, or sexual orientation. Harassment and discrimination of any kind—physical, verbal, psychological, or digital—is strictly prohibited on campus and during any college-related activity or event.
Violation of this policy is a serious offense. Any student found guilty after inquiry shall be subject to strict disciplinary actions, including but not limited to:
All incidents will be handled confidentially and fairly by the College Disciplinary Committee.
Students are encouraged to report incidents of harassment or discrimination immediately. Complaints can be made in writing to the Principal or directly to the Anti-Harassment Committee. Anonymous complaints will also be reviewed seriously.
AGNIBINA COLLEGE guarantees protection from retaliation for individuals who report violations in good faith. Retaliation will be treated as a separate offense subject to similar penalties.
