At Agnibina College of Pharmacy (PCI Code: 9483), we maintain a transparent and student-informed refund policy as part of our institutional and financial ethics. Students and parents are requested to read and understand the following terms before proceeding with any payment related to admission, course enrollment, or semester fees.
Seat booking charges are partially refundable only within 40 (forty) days from the date of payment. After the completion of 40 days, no refund shall be issued under any circumstances. Any request received beyond this period will be summarily rejected.
All payments made toward course fees or semester fees are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable. No partial or full refund will be entertained regardless of the reason (personal, academic, medical, or otherwise).
Once payment is made for seat booking or academic enrollment, the student or guardian shall not be eligible to file any claim for refund, legally or otherwise. By making a payment, it is deemed that the student and guardian agree to abide by this policy.
